Feijoa Spiced Cake

Once feijoa season is in full swing you need to have plenty of feijoa recipes on hand to make, to use up what seems to be a never-ending supply of feijoas.  Check out this feijoa jam recipe, it is a great way to use a lot of feijoas.

This cake recipe also works great with other fruit like apples and pears.

Served with warm custard and cream this also make a lovely dessert on a cool autumn evening.
